Sue came when arranged and settled straight into the problem, but before that she did a thorough 'clean-up' of a very mixed up system with my agreement and spent a long time putting things in order but it was well worth it. She never stopped and was keeping me well involved and up to date all the way - when she came across a problem she was determined to correct it like a dog with a bone! but her knowledge and experience was clearly evident. She was amiable and friendly and can be trusted to do what's needed to improve a system and as I had worked in an IT situation for many years with first class programmers I would class her as good as the best. You can be assured that you cannot choose better.
